Everything is printed when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Give it a few days.
What it costs and how long it takes
We’re not delivering anywhere just yet.
Times are from when you order, including printing (usually 2–5 working days) and the journey. One delivery charge covers the whole order, and your bag shows the exact amount before you pay. If your country isn’t listed, we can’t deliver there yet.
Where it’s printed
Our printing partner, Printful, makes each order at the studio nearest to you that can print it, in the UK, Europe or the USA, so most orders don’t cross a border. Some orders come in more than one parcel.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships (one per parcel). You can also check on it any time with your order number and email on Find your order.
Taxes and duties
Our prices include any taxes we have to charge. If an order ever has to cross a border into your country, your country may charge import taxes or duties, which the carrier collects.
Wrong address?
Check your address on the payment page. If it’s wrong, tell us straight away: we can fix it until it goes to print, which is usually within a day.
Lost or damaged
If your parcel hasn’t turned up by the end of its delivery window, or arrives damaged, get in touch with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
