How long will my order take?
Printing usually takes 2–5 working days, then it’s in the post. Times and prices for where you are: Delivery.
Where do you deliver?
The UK, the EU and the USA. Pick your country in your bag to see the delivery charge before you pay.
Which size should I get?
Every product page has a size guide with measurements. If you’re between sizes, size up: it’s cotton, and cotton has opinions about tumble dryers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@shopbadidea.com as soon as you can. Until it goes to print we can change the address or cancel it. After that, you can still return it once it arrives.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of it arriving. Faulty or wrong items are on us. Everything’s on the Returns page.
How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, on Stripe’s secure payment page. Discount codes go on that page too (one per order).
Can I pay in my own currency?
Prices on our site are in pounds, but if you’re outside the UK the payment page can show and charge your own currency.
Where’s my order?
We email tracking as soon as it ships. Or check Find your order with your order number and email.
How do I look after it?
Wash it inside out, cool, and hang it to dry. Don’t iron the print. It’ll outlast the idea.
